JGC ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, compliance with legal requirements, and other security matters.
The company JGC A.E. is active in the representation of high-tech systems. The purpose of the company is to promote new technologies in the activities of the modern engineer, analyzing the needs of his applications and proposing the best economic and technical solution, combining high quality of offered goods and support services.
This security policy ensures:
- Confidentiality of information
- The integrity of the information
- Availability of information
- Training employees on information security issues
- A business continuity plan will be maintained
- Statutory requirements will be specified
To achieve the above, the Administration supports the information security policy as follows:
- Measurable goals are set for information security
- Stakeholders are identified
- Business requirements for the availability of information systems are identified
- The objectives and importance of these and their achievement, as well as the contractual security obligations of the enterprise are communicated to all those involved in the implementation of the information security management system.
- The Information Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the policy and providing support and advice during its implementation.
- Each party involved in the implementation of the information security management system has clear and predefined roles and responsibilities.
- Any change to the information security management system, based on the ISO 27001 standard, is communicated immediately and appropriately to all parties involved.
- The system is inspected at regular intervals under its responsibility.
- Management is responsible for determining the criteria for evaluating and ranking risks.
