    Inspection, maintenance and repair of Trimble and DJI equipment mainly, but also other companies represented by the company, as well as other tasks.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment of Trimble and DJI mainly, but also of other companies represented by the company.
    • Manage RMAs in accordance with the respective company and manufacturer’s procedures.
    • Diagnose problems and perform corrective actions.
    • Provide technical support to customers.
    • Keeping records of work and recordings.
    • Scheduling and performing regular maintenance or system upgrades.
    • Provide detailed reports and reports on maintenance and repair activity.
    • Collaborate with the sales department to manage customer requests and improve the services offered.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or certification in technology/electronics or similar field
    • Knowledge and experience in electronic or mechanical systems.
    • Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated.
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of ERP, CRM will be considered an additional asset
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language
    • Driving licence category B
    • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
